He coaches Christian leaders around the country helping them focus on intimacy with Jesus. The vision is to bring leaders together in a network in order to learn from one another and to make a greater impact on their communities. He also coaches leadership teams to help them to collectively focus more on Jesus and to follow His lead.
About Dean Trune
In 1995, God uniquely opened a door for Dean to also begin leading prayer seminars around the country. To date, God has allowed Dean the opportunity to lead seminars in about forty of the states, and in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, and Thailand. He has also had the opportunity to teach on prayer in Hungary and China. God has also given him the opportunity to have a “front row seat” at several revivals on Christian campuses and university campuses. He firmly believes that prayer must be the basis of all we do individually and all we do in ministry. He also believes strongly in this statement, “God has blessed my ministry in spite of me, not because of me.” He adamantly believes that his love for God must be more passionate than his love for his family and for his ministry (especially ministry).
Life Coaching
Dean Trune is the Director of HCN and is a certified life coach. He coaches Christian leaders and leadership teams around the country helping them focus on intimacy with Jesus and to follow His lead. Whatever ministry God has given, it must flow out of our relationship with Him, and it must flow out of a healthy marriage. Dean Trune
Dean is married to Bonnie and they reside in Phoenix, Arizona. They have two adult children and three grandsons.
Dean speaks at churches, conferences, and retreats on Going Deeper with God and on Discipleship Making.
Michael Van Dyk
Michael is on the board of directors for HCN and is also a certified life coach. He and Dean have led coach training sessions together in the past and have taught coaching in a variety of venues.
Michael and his wife, Marilyn, live in Holt, Michigan. They have three adult children and five grandchildren.
